PDA Adjustments Access (v2.8)

The PDA Adjustments Access settings on the User File Update screen - Mobile Security tab apply to the Paperless Adjustments module of Micronet Mobile Applications (refer to "Paperless Adjustments (v2.8)").

To configure these settings:

  1. Display the User File Update screen - Mobile Security tab.

Refer to "Maintenance - Edit UserIDs - 9. Mobile Security (v2.8)".

  1. Complete the following fields:

PDA Adjustments Access

Select Yes if this user can access the PDA Adjustments module on their PDA, otherwise select No. If you select Yes, the Adjustments menu option will be enabled when the user logs on to their PDA.

 

Access to Move

Select Yes if this user can move items from one bin location to another, or No if they can’t.

 

Access to Adjust

Select Yes if this user can adjust stock quantities up or down, or No if they can’t.

 

Access to Both

Select Yes if this user can move and adjust stock at the same time, or No if they can’t.
  1. Configure any further fields on the Mobile Security tab that are required for the Micronet Mobile Applications this user has access to.
